Job :
As a Senior CRM Consultant, you will be a true strategic partner for our clients. In this role, you will be involved in the following tasks:
1. Strategic Audit and Consulting:
- Ability to understand a client's issue and propose strategic support with high added value.
- Train and advise client teams on CRM best practices.
- Conduct audits of sales and marketing processes to identify needs.
- Design tailor-made recommendations to optimize the use of HubSpot CRM.
2. Technical Implementation:
- Configure and customize HubSpot (creating pipelines, workflows, integrations, reports).
- Implement automations to optimize marketing and sales processes.
- Oversee the proper functioning of integrations between HubSpot and other tools (ERP, CMS, etc.).
3. Operational Monitoring and Support:
- Ensure project follow-up and HubSpot adoption among users.
- Analyze campaign performance and propose optimizations.
- Support clients in the evolution of their CRM strategy.
4. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot features and CRM trends.
- Contribute to the improvement of our internal methodologies.

Required profile :
- Proven experience (7 years minimum) as a CRM consultant or project manager, ideally in an agency.
- Exposure to various B2B/B2C sectors and environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in CRMs (configuration, automation, reporting), ideally on HubSpot.
- Solid project management skills and client experience.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Proficiency in third-party tool integrations (via API, Zapier, etc.).
- HubSpot Certification (a appreciated plus).
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to guide strategic decisions.
- Fluent English (able to maintain an operational oral and written exchange without difficulty) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Organized, rigorous, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Results-oriented and focused on client satisfaction.
