Job :
Main responsibilities:
- Supervising the reception of equipment within the company: assigning technicians, preparing and tracking reception files.
- Scheduling and monitoring deliveries and installation work.
- Establishing orders related to After-Sales Service (spare parts, installation accessories, merchandise returns...).
- Handling customer complaints.
- Preparing repair quotes for equipment.
- Monitoring the work of technicians in the field (service reports).
- Managing maintenance contracts.
- Establishing and optimizing technician intervention schedules.
- Developing & Tracking the status of cases.
Required profile :
Profile:
· Higher education in science: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3), with a specialization in science or engineering (biomedical or similar). 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role would be a plus.
· Your ability to work in a team and your analytical skills will be appreciated assets.
