ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL MANAGER | Casablanca (Morocco)

Reporting to the General Management, your main responsibilities will be:





  • Oversee the accounting, financial, and budgetary management of the structure

  • Elaborate provisional budgets and ensure their execution is monitored

  • Prepare periodic financial reports (internal and external)

  • Ensure the compliance of financial operations with local regulations and partner requirements

  • Manage financial audits and relationships with statutory auditors

  • Supervise the administrative and accounting team

  • Implement and monitor internal control procedures

  • Participate in medium and long-term financial strategy.





Required profile :


Candidates eligible to apply must meet the following criteria:





ØMaster's degree (BAC+5) from a top business or university school in Accounting or Finance;





ØProven professional experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role;





ØExcellent command of accounting processes;





ØKnowledge of Moroccan legal and tax framework;





ØOrganizational skills, rigor, integrity, and autonomy;





ØProficiency in French is essential, English is a plus.
