Job :
Reporting to the Financial and Accounting Department, your mission will be to account for SOREC's financial and tax operations, ensuring the accuracy of records and compliance with legal obligations.
As such, your main activities will be:
Data entry of accounting operations on the ERP
- Accurately record all accounting operations on the company's ERP system
- Validate the entry by verifying the conformity of accounting documents with internal procedures
Accounting and verification
- Carry out accounting for operations related to the company's activities in accordance with the accounting and analytical allocation rules defined in internal procedures
- Review cash flow operations before accounting to ensure their accuracy
Management of expenses and invoices
- Monitor and verify all external expenses to ensure correct accounting
- Account for social expenses related to payroll processes
- Manage accrued expenses by making precise entries and taking into account financial commitments
Preparation, declaration and reconciliation of taxes
- Accurately prepare accounts related to taxes
- Make tax declarations in accordance with current legislation
- Reconcile tax accounts to ensure their adequacy with the company's financial obligations
Required profile :
As a potential candidate:
- You have a Bac+2/3 diploma in Accounting with 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally in a similar role.
