Job :
The Windows Endpoint Engineer ensures advanced support (level 3) for Windows environments, operational readiness (MRO), management of standardized configurations, and contribution to projects such as image renewal, tool modernization, or user workstation hardening.
He/She is a key point of contact for resolving complex incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
Main tasks:
• Manage Windows 10/11 environments across the entire workstation fleet
• Contribute to Windows infrastructure evolution projects (maintaining Autopilot configurations, SCCM task sequences, new images, drivers)
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents (Run level 3)
• Participate in security remediation actions (patches, audits, compliance, GPO)
• Lead or co-lead technical projects related to workstation evolution
• Document procedures, standards, and best practices
o Maintain configuration repositories, scripts, and analysis tools
• Work with support, packaging, CI/CD, and cybersecurity teams
• Automate recurring tasks (PowerShell scripts, Intune/SCCM tools integration)
• Monitor recurring incidents and contribute to their eradication
