Spanish-English Speaking Trainer | Rabat (Morocco)

Job :

  • Design: Create, update, and adapt training materials (product, procedures, communication techniques) in Spanish.

  • Facilitation: Dynamically deliver initial training sessions for new recruits (pedagogy, soft skills, product knowledge).

  • Support: Ensure ongoing training for teams in production (refresher sessions, specific workshops) to correct performance issues identified by the Quality department.

  • Evaluation: Assess the knowledge of the trainees and support them until they reach the production phase.

  • Monitoring: Stay informed about product and process developments to ensure continuous updates of training modules.
