SOGEA Maroc is recruiting a principal site engineer whose main role will be to plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of construction sites or site areas under their responsibility, while adhering to safety and quality standards and aiming for customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks will include:

Preparing and organizing construction sites: defining resource and equipment needs, preparing budgets, establishing execution schedules based on input data;

Supervising site progress, monitoring budgets, controlling resource allocation and equipment supply;

Coordinating the actions of various stakeholders (subcontractors, quality, HSE, etc.) and ensuring communication with clients/project managers;

Managing and coordinating the various team leaders (construction, safety, quality) assigned to the sites or site areas under their responsibility;

Leading and coordinating the entire contractual and administrative process related to the sites (order tracking, contract and amendment establishment, measurement surveys, etc.);

Establishing and supervising the deployment of Quality Assurance plans and Health and Safety plans, identifying non-conformities and deviations, and defining corrective actions;

Monitoring the implementation of different construction methods and identifying optimization solutions;

Monitoring the skill development and performance level of their collaborators.

You hold an engineering or master's degree in civil engineering.

You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
