Commercial Network Manager – Oil Sector

Experience required: Minimum 5 years in commercial network management, Mandatorily in energy, distribution, or consumer goods.
About our client
Our client is a recognized player in the oil sector, operating a large network of service stations across the Kingdom. As part of its business development, it is recruiting a Commercial Network Manager capable of leading, optimizing, and developing the commercial performance of its network.
Main missions
1. Network Management and Development
- Supervise and support the service stations in the network to achieve commercial goals.
- Monitor performance (fuels, lubricants, shop, car wash, etc.).
- Identify growth and commercial development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with operational, quality, and safety standards.
2. Commercial Management
- Define action plans to improve sales and profitability of the network.
- Analyze key indicators: volumes, margins, stock, productivity.
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing actions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and propose corrective actions.
3. Relationship Management with Station Managers
- Support, train, and motivate managers to ensure a high level of performance.
- Resolve operational issues and act as a link between headquarters and stations.
- Participate in the recruitment, evaluation, and development of managers.
4. Operational Monitoring & Compliance
- Control the application of group procedures
- Ensure regulatory compliance (safety, hygiene, environment).
- Oversee operational audits and propose improvement plans.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) / Master's degree (Bac+5) in commerce, management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in the oil sector.
- Excellent command of activity management, KPI analysis, and network management.
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, and a field-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operational situations.
- Full mobility at regional / national level.
