General Management Assistant | Casablanca (Morocco)

Our client, a recognized player in the automotive sector, is looking for a General Management Assistant to support the General Manager in the daily management and strategic missions of the company.




Main tasks:





  • Manage the schedule and organize the travel of the General Manager.

  • Prepare, follow up, and archive files, correspondence, and reports.

  • Ensure coordination between different departments, and with external partners.

  • Participate in meeting preparation and write minutes, ensuring follow-up of decisions.

  • Manage communications (emails, phone calls) with professionalism and discretion.

  • Contribute to special projects and administrative tasks assigned by Management.



Required profile :

  • Education: Minimum Bac+2 (Associate's degree or equivalent) in secretarial studies, management, or a similar field.

  • Experience: Proven experience in executive assistance, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector.

  • Excellent organization and ability to manage priorities

  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Rigor, discretion, and a sense of confidentiality

  • Excellent command of French (oral and written); knowledge of English is a plus
