The CFA Manager will be responsible for the management, supervision, and coordination of all weak current systems in technical projects, particularly in the areas of security, communication, and automated systems. The ideal candidate must have in-depth expertise in weak current systems such as video surveillance, fire alarms, computer networks, and access controls. This role involves rigorous management of technical teams and service providers, as well as the ability to successfully complete projects within deadlines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Management of weak current systems:
- Supervision of security and communication systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, computer networks, etc.).
- Management of preventive and corrective maintenance for weak current installations.
- Ensure the proper functioning of surveillance and security systems, while guaranteeing their compliance with current standards.
- Coordination of technical projects:
- Planning and coordination of installation, optimization, and modernization projects for weak current systems.
- Collaboration with design offices for the design and implementation of technical solutions.
- Monitoring of project schedules, budgets, and installation quality.
- Compliance and safety:
- Ensure that installations comply with safety standards and local regulations.
- Oversee security audits and technical controls.
- Participate in the implementation of energy management systems to optimize infrastructure consumption.
- Management of service providers and teams:
- Supervision of technical teams specialized in weak current (Supervisors, subcontractors, etc.).
- Management of external service providers and monitoring of maintenance contracts.
- Ensure the development of skills for the teams under their responsibility and organize regular training.
- Reporting and administrative follow-up:
- Preparation of activity reports for management, with follow-up of KPIs related to system performance.
- Propose continuous improvement solutions to enhance the security, efficiency, and sustainability of weak current installations.
- Ensure document management related to projects (plans, audit reports, compliance certificates, etc.).
Job Location:
Benguerir, with occasional travel as required by projects.
