Tasks:





  • Ensure follow-up with suppliers and management indicators

  • Handle the administrative management of purchases

  • Ensure stock follow-up

  • Manage buyer dashboards

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures

  • Ensure logistical follow-up of purchases

  • Guarantee delivery times and volumes.

  • Manage supplier databases




Required profile :

  • Minimum of a Bac+2 level education (equivalent to an associate's degree or two years of higher education).

  • Beginner; previous experience in a similar role is preferred.



Skills:





  • Knowledge of the company and its business sector

  • Administrative management skills

  • Knowledge of purchasing processes

  • Proficiency in office tools.

  • Proficiency in purchasing software
