Job :
The Production Agent provides technical support via hotline and operational monitoring of fiber connection interventions. He/She is in direct contact with field technicians and customers to ensure service quality and smooth operations.
Main tasks
- Monitor and support field technicians via incoming calls (hotline)
- Schedule customer appointments (outgoing calls)
- Perform qualifications in the instances' tools
- Handle customer complaints by providing quick and effective solutions
Required profile :
- Bac+ 2/3 maximum in computer networks
- Proven experience in technical hotline or customer support
- Basic technical knowledge in fiber connection (FTTH)
- Ideally, initial experience in the telecommunications field
- Excellent oral communication in French
- Ease in customer relations
- Reactivity, organizational skills, flexibility
- Desired knowledge of operator tools (SFR)
- Team spirit and ability to manage emergencies
- ASAP start
