The main tasks are:
The holder of this position carries out and/or has their team carry out all of the following missions and tasks:
Management:
- Contribute to the good organization of the maintenance department in support of the manager, ensuring efficient task allocation and intervention coordination.
- Participate in the integration and skill development of technicians: field support, knowledge transfer, training support.
- Relay instructions and ensure their proper application in the field (procedures, safety standards, operating methods)
- Be proactive in identifying internal potential and promoting best practices.
- Ensure daily compliance with hygiene, safety, and working condition rules, especially during interventions.
- Foster a good social climate within the maintenance teams among operators and supervisors, and encourage cross-functional work.
- Contribute to the factory's continuous improvement process by participating in projects and/or by being a member of a pillar.
- Ensure the maintenance of 5S standards within their scope.
- Participate in and improve the effectiveness of maintenance PCS1 and 2.
- Develop the problem-solving skills of maintenance technicians.
- Drive the dynamic use of digital tools within the team.
Maintenance:
- Participate in the implementation of the preventive maintenance strategy defined by the maintenance manager, ensuring its application in the field.
- Contribute to the reduction of breakdowns and production losses by providing technical support to the technical and production teams.
- Contribute to the development of preventive/predictive maintenance programs for new equipment in conjunction with methods and progress teams.
- Ensure the follow-up and proper execution of corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance interventions in conjunction with the methods, progress, and production teams.
- Identify, report, and participate in the implementation of continuous improvement actions on equipment in a logic of reliability and performance.
- Collaborate in carrying out technical modifications, transformations, and optimizations requested by production.
- Use Lean Manufacturing and TPM tools on a daily basis in conjunction with existing pillars and method referents.
- Carry out annual feedback on maintenance programs and propose improvements/optimizations.
Investments and/or Investment Maintenance:
- Contribute to the identification of maintenance and investment needs by participating in the preparation of feasibility studies.
- Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, ensure the standardization of equipment, supporting proposed technical choices.
- Ensure monitoring of budget adherence for entrusted investment projects, by regularly tracking costs and alerting in case of deviations.
- Assist in the commissioning phases of new installations.
Quality and Hygiene:
- Monitor the application of quality and hygiene procedures and instructions within the maintenance team.
- Participate in the implementation of corrective or preventive actions, at the request of the Maintenance Manager or the quality department, based on identified deviations in the factory.
- Contribute to preparations for management reviews, by providing the necessary information concerning the maintenance scope and ensuring good coordination with the teams.
Safety and Environment:
- Conduct behavioral safety visits and safety audits.
- Enforce safety rules applicable to personnel or external contractors (hot work permits, electrical and fluid lock-out/tag-out, electrical qualifications, forklift operating licenses, work permit procedures, no smoking policy...).
- Comply with legislation regarding machine conformity and environmental protection.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Mechanical Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in an industrial environment, in maintenance or technical operations.
- Good command of industrial maintenance techniques: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation.
- Knowledge of organization (methods, Computerized Maintenance Management System...).
- Ability to plan, monitor, and report on technical interventions.
- Proficiency in SAP PM tool.
- Solid knowledge in preventive and predictive maintenance management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools (Power Bi, Power Apps...).
- Ability to set up maintenance KPI/OPI Dashboards.
- Good level of French, both spoken and written. English is a plus.
