Job :
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the buyer works in close collaboration with the various requesters to meet needs for products and services at the best conditions of quality, cost, and delivery time, while ensuring compliance with the purchasing procedure. They will be involved in the following tasks, among others:
A buyer with a purchasing background (not supply chain), capable of managing different purchasing categories, mainly events and facility management needs.
Able to manage the different phases of the process (sourcing, negotiation, delivery follow-up, invoice follow-up, supplier relationship management).
Ability to manage purchasing projects from start to finish, and to collaborate with different stakeholders.
With a proactive mindset, able to work in agile mode.
Tools: ERP experience required (SAP / SAGE / COUPA...).
