Reporting to the Director of Commitments and Operations Pole, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Propose and implement appropriate settlement actions and solutions, as well as legal actions to be taken based on the complexity of the assigned cases, while respecting current validation procedures;
  
  
  • Ensure analysis and monitoring of cases;
  
  
  •  Conduct in-depth analysis of the case (case details, relationship history and actions, risk indicators and warning signs, assessment of recovery prospects and chances of success for an amicable negotiation...);
  
  
  • Carry out further investigations and define strategies and courses of action;
  
  
  • Ensure the collection, review, and finalization of elements for cases transferred to recovery;
  
  
  • Negotiation and structuring of settlement proposals and their implementation;
  
  
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of the fulfillment of promises / plans agreed with clients on cases in Recovery not yet regularized;
  
  
  • Ensure the achievement of assigned objectives in terms of debt recovery;
  
  
  • Monitor missions and work assigned to the amicable recovery and framing firm;
  
  
  • Monitor work related to litigation cases handed over to lawyers, follow up with various external stakeholders, and track the progress of various legal proceedings initiated;
  
  
  • Follow up with lawyers on the progress of various legal proceedings initiated and manage their performance;
  
  
  • Contribute to maintaining healthy relationships with lawyers and judicial correspondents to optimize recovery;
  
  
  • Represent FINEA before judicial experts and courts;
  
  
  • Develop dashboards for managing cash flow and monitoring the performance of the recovery activity;
  
  
  • Defend FINEA's interests while accurately and judiciously considering the arguments of the opposing party and individual situations, ensuring all possible avenues of recourse are exhausted;
  
  
  • Administrative management of cases and reporting.
  
  
  
  

• Master's degree (Bac + 5) in private law;


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a firm specializing in debt recovery for business loans or in the credit institutions and financial sector.
