Reporting to the General Management, you will be responsible for defining, deploying, and monitoring the Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policy for the site.

Main missions:

• 
  Identify, assess, and prevent occupational risks (fire, chemical, electrical, handling, etc.).


• 
  Monitor the application of safety rules and supervise the compliance of PPE.


• 
  Train and raise staff awareness of safety rules, emergency procedures, and environmental protection.


• 
  Conduct accident investigations and ensure follow-up of corrective actions.


• 
  Monitor HSE indicators and prepare periodic reports.


• 
  Ensure regulatory compliance of installations (air, water, waste, noise, hazardous products, etc.).


• 
  Propose and implement actions to reduce consumption and optimize energy use.


• 
  Lead waste and industrial discharge management.


• 
  Coordinate with production, maintenance, and HR on health and safety actions.


• 
  Represent the company to control and inspection bodies.

• 
  Master's degree (Bac+5) in Hygiene, Safety, Environment, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.


• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager or Officer in an industrial environment.


• 
  Proficiency in HSE standards, risk assessment tools, and reporting.


• 
  Ability to conduct training sessions and unite people around HSE issues.


•
