As an HSE Animator, your main mission will be to promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environment. You will work closely with operational teams to identify risks, implement preventive actions, and correct problems to ensure a safe work environment that complies with regulatory standards. You will play a key role in continuously improving our HSE performance.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Conducting training sessions on HSE best practices for our teams
Carrying out HSE audits and inspections in the field to identify potential risks
Participating in the analysis of accidents and incidents and proposing corrective actions
Updating and monitoring HSE documents, ensuring their compliance with current standards
Contributing to the preparation of HSE reports and their presentation
Collaborating with management to integrate HSE culture within the company
You will be required to work autonomously and as part of a team, in collaboration with various departments.
Required profile :
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3). Training or certification in HSE would be a significant asset.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in an industrial environment. If you are a motivated recent graduate passionate about HSE, your application will be considered with equal interest.
To succeed in this role, it is essential to have strong skills in safety and environment. Skills in project management, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary. Knowledge of current HSE standards and regulations will be highly appreciated. You must also be able to take initiative, solve problems, and adapt quickly to changing situations.
