Job :
Order management and customer satisfaction
- Follow the complete order process, from reception to delivery.
- Ensure continuous communication with customers on order status.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to guarantee impeccable service.
Production monitoring
- Monitor production progress and anticipate any risk of delay or non-compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
Purchasing, supply, and logistics
- Oversee purchasing and ensure accurate and timely supply.
- Manage import/export logistics and customs formalities.
- Lead the transit department for smooth and secure transportation.
Inventory management and planning
- Plan supplies and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to the supply chain.
Continuous improvement and management
- Identify areas for improvement to reduce costs and optimize delivery times.
- Supervise, train, and motivate supply chain and logistics teams.
- Promote a culture of communication and operational efficiency.
Compliance and tools
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Utilize ERP tools and management software to track flows (orders, inventory, production, shipments)
Required profile :
- Higher education in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in supply chain management (minimum 5 years).
- Fluent English required.
- Leadership, rigor, organizational skills, and analytical mindset.
