Your mission:
As a Junior Legal Consultant AJ, you will be responsible for preventing and managing operational, legal, and judicial risks related to banking transactions and operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Advising, assisting, and processing legal inquiries from the banking network (branches, business centers, etc.), business entities, support entities, and subsidiaries.
• Managing incidents on accounts and the Right to Information.
• Managing, monitoring, and resolving litigation and pre-litigation cases.
• Managing relationships and representing the Bank with third parties.
• Handling out-of-court claims.
