Job :
The National Lottery Management Company is seeking applications for the position of Clerk for Registry & Office Management.
Document Management:
- Write memos, correspondence, and replies to letters.
- Ensure the formatting of documents and reports for internal or external use.
- Sort documents and files.
- Perform electronic storage and archiving of files using a Document Management System (DMS).
Management of the CEO's Schedule:
- Manage appointments and the schedule of the General Management.
- Take minutes or summarize conclusions from General Management meetings.
- Organize travel logistics (scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, transportation, etc.).
- Anticipate the needs of General Management to improve collaboration and service organization.
Management of Incoming Mail, Calls, and Visitors:
- Receive mail for General Management (incoming and outgoing).
- Handle phone calls directed to General Management.
- Filter and distribute or forward received mail and calls.
- Welcome visitors.
- Coordinate information flow with other departments, entities, and units.
Required profile :
- At least a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Proficiency in Document Management Systems (DMS) and electronic archiving for document management and preservation.
- Proficiency in Arabic and French. A third language is desirable.
- Good listening skills and observation abilities.
- Adaptability, thoroughness, and expertise.
