The Conformity and Process Improvement department of the Sofrecom group consists of a team of three people. Its scope of responsibility includes:
The definition and improvement of the Sofrecom group's programs regarding
• Quality management
• Fight against corruption in line with the Orange Group and respecting the regulations of each country: headquarters and local branches
• Internal control
The management of ISO 37001 and ISO 9001 certification cycles
Support and assistance to top management for the governance of an ethical company
Raising awareness and managing employee training on current procedures and rules
The definition and improvement of the Sofrecom Group's quality management system
Management and monitoring of customer satisfaction
Capitalization, support, and coaching of operational teams and support functions
Missions
Within the team, your mission will be to implement Sofrecom's quality policy in close collaboration with the various operational departments and support entities, subsidiaries, and branches, and to be the guarantor of the operational management of Sofrecom's QMS.
Major activities:
• Contribute to the integration of quality, risk, and compliance approaches in a systemic and strategic manner.
• Support process owners in the continuous improvement of their processes
• Monitor quality indicators
• Documentation and Standardization: Ensure complete document management for the department (procedures, operating methods, process mapping), ensuring their accessibility and updates.
• Lead collaborative workshops and cross-functional working groups to drive a shared improvement dynamic. Participate in the preparation and execution of internal process and project audits
• Follow up on audit findings
• Organize, prepare, and participate in management reviews
• Monitor and communicate on regulatory and normative evolutions
• Conduct internal and external communications
• Supervise the deployment of new processes and procedures using continuous improvement tools
• Define and deploy a quality training program for employees
• Participate in monitoring process efficiency indicators
• Produce reports (PowerBI, Excel, PPT) for management
• Lead innovation projects to integrate artificial intelligence and new technologies into quality management.
• Support the internal knowledge capitalization process
• Conduct technological watch in your area of activity
