As a Bilingual FR/EN Customer Advisor, your main mission will be to be the preferred link between our Canadian customers and the company, by offering fast and effective solutions.




Your role will be central in maintaining and improving customer satisfaction. You will handle a variety of requests, from product information to technical support, while ensuring a positive user experience. The goal is to build customer loyalty through the quality of your interactions and to actively contribute to achieving the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the department.




Your days will be marked by a variety of essential tasks for the smooth running of our customer service. You will manage incoming calls from our Canadian customers, providing precise and personalized answers. You will also be responsible for handling requests by email or chat, ensuring responsiveness and clarity in exchanges. Identifying customer needs and proposing suitable solutions will be at the core of your activity. Furthermore, you will be asked to meticulously document each interaction in our CRM system, to ensure optimal follow-up and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services. You will actively participate in the trainings offered to stay up-to-date on our products and procedures.






Required profile :

For this position, a high school diploma is required. This basic education has allowed you to acquire solid methodological skills, essential for tackling customer service challenges. The knowledge acquired during this curriculum provides a valuable foundation for understanding and applying our company's processes.




Previous experience in similar roles is required. This period has allowed you to develop a deep understanding of customer support issues and to master effective communication techniques. You have thus had the opportunity to manage various situations and develop your autonomy and your sense of service.




An excellent level of proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for interacting with our international clientele. The following skills will also be crucial:





  • A strong listening ability and excellent communication skills.

  • Good stress resistance and ability to handle complaints.

  • Ease in using computer tools and the ability to quickly learn new software.

  • A sharp sense for problem-solving and great thoroughness in handling cases.

  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
