Job offer: Commercial Support Agent Mid/Long Tail – (Sidi Maârouf)
Workplace: Marjane Mall Platform – Sidi Maârouf, Casablanca
Contract type: Temporary (with possibility of renewal)
Hours: Office hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Salary: 4000 DH net + performance bonuses
Benefits: Social Security + Private Mutual Insurance
Main tasks:
Provide commercial support to the “Mid & Long Tail” sellers on the Marjane Mall platform.
Assist sellers in listing their products online (photos, descriptions, prices, stock).
Monitor orders, returns, and customer complaints in coordination with internal teams.
Train and assist sellers in effectively using the platform and management tools.
Track performance indicators and contribute to improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Education: Bac+2 / Bac+3 in commerce, marketing, management, or equivalent.
First experience desired in e-commerce, customer support, or sales.
Good command of computer tools (Excel, online platforms).
