Job :
We are recruiting an Assistant for the Technical Department in Casablanca. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure administrative follow-up of technical files (construction contracts, building permits, authorizations, etc.).
- Write and format letters, reports, contracts, and technical documents.
- Follow up on tenders, manage company files, and update tracking sheets.
- Organize and file technical and administrative documents.
- Manage relationships with service providers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Participate in organizing meetings and write minutes.
- Organize directors' schedules.
- Required skills
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Service-oriented, ability to work in a team and communicate with various stakeholders.
Required profile :
- With a Bac+3 degree or higher, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Mandatory experience in an engineering office or in the technical function of the real estate sector
- Organized and rigorous, you have a very good command of the French language, both written and spoken.
