• Actively participate in the development of specifications: analysis of needs, technical requirements, provisional budget and global planning.
• Contribute to the definition of the project strategy and technological choices.
• Structure and organize the different phases of the project.
• Plan, lead and coordinate project team meetings.
• Ensure monitoring, progress and risk management.
• Deploy tools suitable for project management: problem solving, brainstorming, Pareto, GANTT, PERT, etc.
• Effectively mobilize and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Distribute action plans, indicators and alerts in case of deviations.
• Prepare and conduct project progress reviews.
• Regularly report to the Steering Committee to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify urgent, critical situations and potential impacts.
• Trigger and manage corrective actions: catch-up plans, follow-up meetings, negotiations, resource reallocation.
• Contribute to the development of team versatility.
• Support, integrate and train employees according to needs.
• Propose and implement internal improvement actions.
• Participate in working groups, promote improvement ideas and ensure the application of procedures (5S, quality, safety…).
• Ensure compliance with the Figeac Aéro quality management system.
• Comply with safety standards and required PPE.
• Anticipate, prevent and report any risk situation.
