We are recruiting for one of our clients in the hotel sector, an Administrative and Financial Manager (RAF)
Main tasks:
- Manage the administrative, accounting, and financial operations of the establishment.
- Supervise and lead a team of 6 employees.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, dashboards, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal obligations.
- Oversee cost control and suggest ways to optimize finances.
- Participate in strategic decision-making in coordination with management.
Required profile :
- Higher education in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience of at least 4 years as an Administrative and Financial Manager, preferably in the hotel or medical sector.
- Excellent skills in team management, management control, and accounting.
- Leadership, accuracy, organizational skills, and good analytical abilities.
