Job :
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, your missions will be:
Write and publish job offers on job boards and social networks.
Ensure candidate sourcing (CV databases, social networks, co-optation, school partnerships).
Manage application sorting and telephone pre-selection.
Organize and schedule interviews with managers.
Participate in interviews and contribute to candidate evaluation.
Follow candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to employer branding actions (communication, events, school forums).
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
First successful experience of at least 6 months to 1 year in recruitment (end-of-study internship or junior position).
Excellent interpersonal skills and listening skills.
Good written and oral communication in French (English is a plus).
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and interest in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Rekrute, etc.).
