As HR Lead, your main mission will be to drive and develop the human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall company objectives and fostering a fulfilling and high-performing work environment for all teams. You will be a key player in human capital management, actively contributing to the growth and success of our organization.




Your main objectives will include implementing proactive talent management aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining the best profiles on the market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining trusting relationships with employees and management, providing strategic and operational advice on all HR-related matters. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a strong company culture focused on performance, innovation, and well-being. Optimizing HR processes, continuously improving the employee experience, and supporting managers in their daily challenges will be at the heart of your concerns.




As part of this essential role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR activities. This includes defining and implementing recruitment policies, ensuring we attract the most qualified talent for our international projects. Compensation and benefits management will also be your responsibility, to remain competitive in the market. You will play a leading role in skills development and career management, designing personalized training plans and supporting employees in their professional journey. Social relations management, psychosocial risk prevention, and the promotion of a positive work climate will be crucial aspects of your mission. Furthermore, you will actively participate in defining the company's HR strategy and provide regular reporting to management.




Your responsibilities will also include:





  • Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT field.

  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.

  • Leading compensation and performance review campaigns.

  • Designing and deploying professional development and continuous training programs.

  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance with labor law.

  • Being the guardian of company culture and promoting the organization's values.

  • Providing strategic support and advice to management teams.

  • Managing relations with social partners.



Required profile :

To excel in this role, a strong academic background is required. The candidate is expected to hold a degree of Master's level (Bac +5) and above, demonstrating in-depth expertise in human resources, labor law, work psychology, or a related field. This education should have been completed at a recognized institution, ensuring a solid understanding of HR management theories and practices.




Significant experience is essential for this position. We are looking for a profile with 10 to 20 years of experience in human resources management roles, ideally gained in environments similar to the IT Offshoring / Nearshoring sector. Previous experience in HR leadership roles, with exposure to specific challenges related to managing remote teams and international talent, will be particularly appreciated. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to design and implement effective HR strategies and manage complex projects.




Beyond academic qualifications and experience, certain interpersonal and technical skills are paramount. Perfect command of English is mandatory, both spoken and written, essential for interacting with international clients and teams. Excellent knowledge of Moroccan labor law is a prerequisite, complemented by an understanding of legal issues in an international context. Skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution are indispensable for building positive and productive relationships.
