• Manage the entire payroll lifecycle, from collecting variable elements to issuing pay slips, including mandatory social declarations.


• Ensure the legal and conventional compliance of payroll processes and declarations.


• Design, produce, and analyze various HR reports (headcount, absenteeism, payroll costs, turnover, etc.) to support management and managers in their decision-making.


• Be the primary contact for employees regarding any questions about their pay and administrative status.


• Participate in the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes, particularly concerning HRIS and payroll management.


• Conduct specific studies on particular HR topics upon management's request.


• Ensure regulatory and social monitoring to anticipate changes and adapt company practices.
