The Rabat International University Hospital is looking for a qualified and experienced BUDGET MANAGER to join our Administrative and Financial Department. Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, you will be responsible for the complete management of the hospital's budgetary process, from its development to its monitoring, including analysis and control, to ensure optimal financial management in line with the establishment's strategic objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Develop and implement the annual budgetary process in collaboration with the hospital's various directorates and departments.
- Prepare and consolidate budget forecasts based on strategic and operational objectives.
- Monitor and control budget execution, analyzing variances between forecasts and actuals.
- Propose corrective actions to optimize the use of financial resources.
- Prepare regular budget reports and detailed financial analyses for management.
- Supervise the management of expenses and revenues to ensure compliance with budget forecasts.
- Collaborate with the heads of directorates and departments to identify financing needs and optimize resource allocation.
- Participate in the implementation and improvement of budget management tools and procedures.
- Provide training and support to operational teams on budgetary and financial aspects.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and best practices in budget management.
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or an equivalent degree obtained from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Moroccan Order of Chartered Accountants (OEC Maroc).
- At least ten (10) years of significant experience in budget management, preferably in the healthcare sector or a hospital environment.
- Excellent knowledge of budgetary techniques and financial management tools.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and report writing.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and budget management software.
- Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical mindset and aptitude for solving financial problems.
