The customer service representative for incoming calls is responsible for answering incoming customer calls by phone. Their role is to identify customer needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, they may also need to finalize sales. Reporting to the team leader, their main tasks include:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Actively listening to callers
- Identifying their needs, analyzing their requests, and guiding them
- Maintaining the highest quality of customer service
- Ensuring the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives are met.
Before taking on the role, complete training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities they will be entrusted with.
