As the head of the recruitment center, your main responsibilities will be:
Operations & Delivery Management
Ensure a high level of quality and performance of services;
Manage operational indicators and implement continuous improvement plans;
Optimize processes and ensure risk and business continuity management;
Act as an escalation point for clients and internal teams.
Client Relations & Partner Role
Develop strong and lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders;
Understand the business challenges of accounts and align service delivery;
Represent the site and region to clients and global management.
Leadership & Culture
Manage, coach, and develop large and multicultural teams;
Establish a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and customer focus;
Promote an inclusive, collaborative, and learning environment.
Required profile :
Profile sought
Master's degree (Bac+5) in management, operations, or equivalent;
Fluent French and English (Arabic appreciated);
10 years or more of experience in operational leadership (shared services, delivery centers, offshore or global environment);
Proven experience in managing large teams;
Strong customer focus and performance management;
Good command of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean / Lean Six Sigma);
Inspiring leadership, initiative, excellent communication, and influencing skills;
Resilience, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
