Job :
As part of strengthening our Human Resources Department, we are looking for an SIRH Specialist with expertise in HRIS, to support the management and optimization of HR information systems.
Missions:
- Administration, configuration, and monitoring of the HRIS
- Ensuring the reliability and quality of HR data
- User support and incident management related to the HRIS
- Participation in projects for the evolution and digitalization of HR processes
- Development of HR reporting and indicators
- Coordination with internal teams and HRIS providers
Required profile :
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources
- Confirmed expertise in HRIS
- Good knowledge of HR processes (administration, payroll, time management, etc.)
- Rigor, analytical skills, and respect for confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
