Job :

  • Manage local human resources policies including procedures and programs appropriate for support functions and IT Tech employees.

  • Ensure the follow-up and application of social benefits for all employees.

  • Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leave and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Be constantly attentive and available to all employees.

  • Supervise the use of the time tracking tool.

  • Attend meetings with staff representatives and ensure the implementation of subsequent action plans.

  • Manage compensation and benefits plans.

  • Improve job satisfaction by quickly resolving issues, implementing new benefits and bonuses, and organizing team-building activities.

  • Ensure compliance with Labor Law.

  • Coordinate the execution of people-related requests from other departments.

  • Ensure the updating and monitoring of monthly reports and quarterly reviews.

  • Liaise with the labor inspectorate regarding the settlement of social disputes.

  • Ensure the development of the HR function dashboard.

  • Ensure that HR processes comply with appropriate standards and benchmarks.

  • Comply with group policy and procedures regarding security.
