We are looking for a Civil Engineering Engineer. Your expertise will be essential for the smooth running of operations at our sites in Sala al Jadida. Your role will be to ensure the technical and operational supervision of civil engineering sites, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, safety rules, and deadlines. This will involve managing the different phases of a project, from design to acceptance of the works, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, and various stakeholders. The main objective is to successfully complete projects by optimizing resources and minimizing risks, while developing innovative and sustainable solutions for our infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include rigorous management of works on site, in-depth analysis of plans and technical specifications, as well as detailed planning of the different construction stages. You will regularly conduct site monitoring, control the quality of materials and completed structures, and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations.

• Elaborate and monitor the overall work schedule.


• Supervise and coordinate teams of workers and subcontractors.


• Ensure administrative and financial management of construction sites.


• Write progress reports and technical summaries.


• Identify and propose technical solutions to encountered problems.


• Participate in the acceptance of structures and the resolution of issues.

To excel in this role, higher education at the Master's degree level (Bac +5 and above) is required. A specialization in Works / Construction Sites / Building and Public Works (BTP) is strongly preferred to gain the fundamental knowledge necessary for understanding and mastering the technical aspects related to civil engineering.

We are looking for someone with professional experience of 1 to 3 years in the field of civil engineering. This period will have allowed you to develop a practical understanding of the challenges related to site management and the technical responsibilities inherent in the BTP sector.

This position requires solid knowledge of construction techniques, current standards, and sector regulations. An excellent ability to read and interpret technical plans is essential. You must demonstrate strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Robot Structural Analysis).


• Good understanding of regulatory and normative aspects of the BTP sector.


• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.


• Sense of initiative and autonomy in managing assigned tasks.


• Proficiency with standard computer tools (Office Suite).
