As part of its commercial development, Centrale Danone is recruiting several Leader Developers (M/F) throughout Morocco to support the growth of its field activities.
These positions are aimed at both high-potential young graduates and experienced profiles wishing to evolve in a demanding, formative, and meaningful environment.
The mission consists of developing turnover in a defined sector, supporting and training sales teams, while ensuring quality of execution and customer satisfaction.
Main Missions:
A. Commercial Development
- Develop the client portfolio and maximize the sector's turnover.
- Identify new growth opportunities and optimize market coverage.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance at points of sale.
B. Team Management and Support
- Supervise and coach sales teams in the field.
- Train on sales techniques, safety (WISE), and quality standards (AIB).
- Foster motivation, cohesion, and skills development within the teams.
C. Performance Management
- Monitor key indicators (volumes, coverage, productivity, POS execution).
- Analyze results and propose corrective actions.
- Implement continuous improvement plans.
D. Network Development and Competitive Intelligence
- Prospect for new clients and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Conduct active monitoring of market practices and competitive trends.
Required profile :
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3).
- Holder of a CDI (Permanent contract).
- Driving license B with more than 2 years of experience.
- National mobility required.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
