We are recruiting a Purchasing and Public Procurement Manager to support the development and optimization of purchasing processes within a leading company in the urban development and infrastructure sector.
Main missions:
Manage purchases through calls for tender, purchase orders, and contracts, while respecting internal procedures and public procurement regulations.
Prepare and launch calls for tender, analyze offers received, and participate in bid opening committees.
Ensure the drafting and follow-up of public procurement contracts, contracts, and purchase orders, as well as the management of amendments and guarantees.
Implement structured and reliable reporting on all purchases (contracts, purchase orders, agreements, guarantees, SME statistics).
Collaborate with different internal entities to ensure the satisfaction of operational needs and service coordination.
Supervise and support purchasing teams to ensure service performance and quality.
Required profile :
Education: Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in economics, management, or equivalent.
Professional experience: 4 to 8 years in purchasing, ideally in public procurement, contract management, or supply chain.
Key skills: rigor, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, ability to produce reliable reports, and respect for deadlines.
