As an Automation and Smart Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing automated systems and smart equipment in the production and logistics chain. Your role is essential to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the quality of operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Installation and configuration: Set up automation systems and smart equipment for production and logistics.
- Maintenance and optimization: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of automated systems to guarantee their optimal performance.
- Diagnosis and problem-solving: Quickly identify malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Continuous improvement: Propose optimizations to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
- Training and support: Train operators on the use of smart equipment and provide technical support.
Required profile :
Profile Sought
- Degree: Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher
- Specialization: Industrial robotics, automation, control, or smart manufacturing.
- Experience: Experience in industrial automation is highly desired.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and French, knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Good command of automated systems and control software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team spirit and good communication skills.
- Availability to work in Nador and contribute to the success of a new factory.
