Purpose of the position
Actively contribute to the structuring and execution of M&A, external growth, and fundraising operations led by ABA, by taking charge of financial, analytical, and due diligence work, under the strategic guidance and direct execution of management.
Missions
Build business plans and financial models for the operations.
Prepare pitch decks, teasers, and information memorandums.
Analyze acquisition, divestment, or fundraising projects from strategic, financial, and economic perspectives.
Ensure the follow-up of strategic, financial, and operational analysis and due diligence work.
Contribute to the contracting phase: review and analysis of shareholder agreements, SPAs, etc.
Identify legal and financial points of attention and propose structuring options.
Synthesize analysis results and identify risks and levers for value creation.
Contribute to the preparation of elements necessary for negotiations.
Supervise the work of the Junior Analyst and ensure the review of their deliverables.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal methods and tools.

- Master's degree (BAC+4/5 level), preferably with a specialization in finance or corporate strategy, management, accounting; - First professional experience (or final study internship) in investment banking (Investment Banks, Investment Funds, Transaction Services); - Solid foundation in corporate finance and accounting; - Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; - Analytical rigor, reliability, sense of confidentiality; - Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
