Job :
We are recruiting for one of our clients, a major player in the retail industry, a Purchasing Assistant for a temporary contract.
Main tasks:
Manage and track supplier orders
Check deliveries and handle any discrepancies
Update supplier databases
Analyze needs and coordinate with internal departments
Participate in the preparation of tenders and follow-up on negotiations
Ensure reporting and follow-up of purchasing indicators
Required profile :
Associate degree (Bac+2/3) or equivalent training
1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing or supply assistant roles
Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word); knowledge of an ERP system is appreciated
Rigor, organizational skills, and analytical thinking
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
