As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for the efficient planning of production operations. Your role is essential to ensure resource availability, team coordination, and deadline adherence to maintain optimal performance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operations Planning: Develop and adjust production schedules based on objectives, capacities, and constraints.
- Inventory and Supply Monitoring: Control raw material levels and coordinate with logistics teams to avoid shortages.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Analysis and Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on plan progress and inform stakeholders of necessary adjustments.
Required profile :
Profile Sought
- Education: High school diploma or higher.
- Experience: Experience in a manufacturing company is highly desired.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic and French, knowledge of Chinese is an asset.
- Good command of computer tools and planning software.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and adapt to a dynamic industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team spirit and good communication skills.
- Availability to work in Nador and contribute to the success of a new plant.
