Job :
Its role will be to develop various dashboards for alert and report support based on functional specifications
Consultant Tasks:
- Creation and management of KPIs adapted to business needs
- Creation and configuration of Dynatrace/grafana panels (tiles) adapted to different real-time operational and decision-making needs.
- Implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynatrace alerts (alerting profiles, anomaly detection, dynamic baselines, custom thresholds).
- Update of dashboards/alerts in Grafana.
- Technical analysis in case of problems.
- Unit technical tests.
- Technical analysis and scoping with SPOs.
- Follow-up of technical requests with suppliers (Aeris, Redbend).
- Technical documentation on Confluence.
