Develop and manage the client portfolio (companies, agencies, groups)
Ensure commercial prospecting and contract follow-up
Manage individual and group reservations
Follow up on client requests and coordinate with internal departments

Confirmed experience in hospitality (sales and/or reservations)
Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills
