Main Mission The Collaboration Solutions Specialist (VoIP Cisco) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing communication and collaboration solutions based on Cisco VoIP technologies. They ensure the smooth operation of communication systems and support users to maximize the effectiveness of deployed solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and Implementation : Design, deploy, and configure Cisco VoIP solutions to meet the university's needs.
Systems Management : Ensure the daily maintenance and management of VoIP systems, including updates and patches.
User Support : Provide level 2/3 technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to collaboration solutions.
Monitoring and Optimization : Monitor VoIP system performance and implement measures to optimize call quality and network reliability.
Training and Documentation : Train users on the features and best practices for using VoIP systems. Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
Security : Ensure the security of communication systems by implementing appropriate security policies and protocols.
Systems Integration : Work on integrating VoIP solutions with other communication systems and collaboration applications.
Project Management : Participate in the management of new collaboration solution deployment projects, in coordination with IT teams and suppliers.
Technology Watch : Stay informed about the latest technological advancements and best practices in the field of VoIP and collaboration solutions.
