We are looking for a "Team Leader" at our Longometal Armatures Subsidiary (Berrechid):
Your main tasks will be as follows :
- Supervise operational production activities
- Manage and coordinate the production team
- Ensure production objectives are met
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules
- Ensure manufacturing deadlines are met
- Guarantee compliance with quality standards
Required profile :
The ideal candidate has a Bac +2 degree (or equivalent) in mechanical production, electromechanics, industrial engineering, or a related field, and has at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
They have good knowledge of the business sector as well as solid technical skills related to production systems. With strong management skills, they know how to lead teams, analyze situations, and make appropriate decisions thanks to their analytical and synthesis skills.
Proficiency in office tools is essential, as are good communication and coordination skills.
Leadership, organization, prioritization, rigor, availability, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility are essential qualities for success in this role. The ideal candidate also shows initiative, decision-making ability, and conflict management skills.
