Reporting to the Sales Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:







- Manage customer relations by all means (Phone, email, or directly)





- Record orders





- Manage stock and check product availability





- Create and track commercial invoices





- Process and resolve disputes related to late delivery, late payment....





- Present new products to customers/prospects;





- Follow up with customers at regular intervals;





- Manage a customer portfolio at the counter





- Report information to General Management;





- Monitor customer risk.






Required profile :


You are  from Casablanca and meet the following criteria:





. Age between 25 and 35 years old





• Education: BAC +3 minimum

• Experience: 3 years minimum in the distribution sector

• Proficiency in computer tools (ERP -Excel- SAGE ....)

• Analytical and synthesis skills

• Rigor and methodology
