We are looking for a Senior Industry Business Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in the following fields: electronics, electrical engineering, or automation, with proven expertise in technical and commercial project management. 

Responsibilities:

• Complete project management, from design to commissioning, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.


• Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-up and identifying new business opportunities.


• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.


• Analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions, in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.


• Monitor the competition and market trends to maintain the company's competitiveness.

• Engineering degree from a top school, preferably with a specialization in Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Electronics, Automation, or a related field.


• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with solid project management experience.


• Advanced commercial management skills, with the ability to develop new business opportunities and retain existing clients.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and motivate employees.


• Results-oriented, with a strong customer focus and a well-developed sense of customer satisfaction.
