We are hiring a Partner Delivery Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Partner Delivery Management Expert to drive customer success by enabling high-quality SAP software deployments through our partner ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring delivery excellence, strong partner relationships, and successful cloud adoption aligned with SAP strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central post-sales advisor for partners, owning delivery quality and partner relationships


• Coordinate SAP stakeholders across Customer Engagement, Services, Product Engineering, and other teams


• Lead annual partner business planning including go-lives, capacity, certifications, and enablement


• Guide partners on RISE with SAP, Clean Core principles, and SAP Activate methodology


• Monitor partner readiness, delivery health, KPIs, and initiate corrective actions where required


• Drive partner enablement by identifying competency gaps and recommending targeted training


• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and manage delivery escalations


• Identify short- and long-term opportunities for partner and business growth in collaboration with Partner Business Managers

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of experience in the software industry or partner-facing roles such as consulting or partner management


• Strong SAP knowledge, including cloud delivery models and SAP delivery methodologies


• Proven experience working with partner ecosystems and system integrators


• Solid understanding of ERP project management and governance


• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams


• Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is essential
