Business Operations Officer (M/F) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

  • Coordinating the setup of technical connections with phone companies

  • Constantly checking to start new markets and products

  • Working closely with Marketing and Technical teams to make sure products and markets are launched on time

  • Managing the daily work in one or more countries (starting services, connections, and making things better)

  • Working a lot with different parts of the Group

  • Preparing monthly reports about the work in the countries they are in charge of

  • Watching performance numbers every day and looking at them to make good guesses about future sales

  • Making sure we follow the budget plans

  • Reporting possible mistakes and technical problems by checking them regularly

  • Being proactive and suggesting new ideas
     



Required profile :

  • Recently graduated or starting your career with lots of energy and a big wish to do well

  • Internship or first experience in managing digital projects

  • Energetic, with an entrepeneur mindset, and good at working with people

  • Love challenges, can handle many projects at once, and finish tasks on time

  • Organized, pay attention to details, can think logically and creatively, able to work alone and with others

  • Speak three languages very well, with excellent writing and speaking skills in French, English, and Arabic (English is a must)

  • Very interested in the mobile and digital industries
