Main Missions




Reporting to the Consulting Management, the Experienced Consultant will be involved in high-value-added missions, including:




Conducting consulting missions in finance and audit (financial diagnostics, organizational audits, performance analyses).




Supporting clients in defining and implementing development and transformation strategies.




Performing organizational diagnostics, process optimization, and governance improvement.




Developing business plans, financial dashboards, and decision-support tools.




Managing transformation projects (organizational, financial, or operational).




Contributing to business development activities (technical proposals, bid responses).




Supervising and developing the skills of junior consultants.




Profile Sought




Higher education (Master's degree or equivalent) in finance, audit, management, strategy, business school, or equivalent.




Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a consulting or audit firm, or equivalent environment.




Strong skills in financial analysis, audit, business strategy, and organization.




Demonstrated ability to manage multiple missions simultaneously and interact with high-level stakeholders.




Excellent analytical, synthesis, written, and oral communication skills.




Proficiency in office and financial tools (advanced Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools).




Autonomy, rigor, critical thinking, and results-oriented mindset.
